About Michael J. Whitcher
Michael J. Whitcher has been with Hurwitz, Whitcher & Molloy Attorneys at Law since 1992 and is a partner in the firm.
He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, (BA, magna cum laude, 1982) and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School (JD, 1985). He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1986 and concentrates his practice in the area of Workers’ Compensation, representing injured workers, and personal injury.
Mr. Whitcher is a member of:

He also lectured regularly on the subject of Workers’ Compensation. Mr. Whitcher is also active in community and youth events. He served as the President of the Northern Chautauqua Youth Hockey Association from 2003 to 2012 and is currently the Vice President of that organization.
Born in Buffalo, Mr. Whitcher resides in Fredonia, New York with his wife, Nancy. He has three sons and three grandchildren.
