About Samuel S. Feuerstein
Samuel S. Feuerstein is a partner at Hurwitz, Whitcher & Molloy Attorneys at Law and has been a member of the firm since 2014. Mr. Feuerstein graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2009 with an emphasis on Labor and Employment Law, and was the recipient of the American Bar Association and Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law.
Mr. Feuerstein has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation law since being admitted to practice law. He has a unique perspective of having represented the Special Funds Conservation Committee, insurance carriers, and claimants before the Workers’ Compensation Board, which allows for insights into the considerations of each party and assists in litigating and settling complicated matters with creative resolutions.
Mr. Feuerstein is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, New York State Bar Association, and Injured Workers’ Bar Association. He has lectured on varying subjects in workers’ compensation and has also performed training for carriers and employers.
Mr. Feuerstein was born in San Francisco, CA and moved to the Buffalo area in 2006. He currently lives in Williamsville, NY with his wife Kim and their daughter and son.
